Terms & Conditions
The certified organization shall continuously comply with all applicable requirements of the management system standard, including statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements.
The organization shall maintain and effectively implement the certified management system and ensure continual conformity through effective control and corrective action processes.
The organization shall:
- Undergo periodic surveillance audits once a year after certification date and recertification audits as required.
- Provide access to sites, processes, records, and personnel.
- Facilitate special, short-notice, or unannounced audits when required.
Failure to complete audits within the due timeline may result in suspension and subsequently to withdrawal (after six months of suspension) of certification.
The organization shall inform ANS without delay of any changes that may affect the certified management system, including organizational, legal, operational, or scope-related changes.
The organization shall:
- Use certification marks in accordance with ANS rules.
- Avoid misleading use of certification.
- Not use certification on products or packaging.
- Discontinue use upon suspension, withdrawal, or scope reduction.
The organization has the right to submit complaints or appeals, which shall be independently reviewed by ANS.
ANS shall maintain confidentiality of client information, except where disclosure is required by accreditation bodies or regulatory authorities.
The organization shall permit witness audits and special audits when required due to complaints, changes, or incidents.
ANS reserves the right to grant, maintain, suspend, reduce, extend, or withdraw certification based on compliance status.
Certification is subject to payment of applicable fees. Certificates shall be issued only after successful audit completion and settlement of dues.
ANS shall not be liable for operational failures of the organization. Disputes shall be resolved as per applicable legal provisions.
