Impartiality Policy

ANS is firmly committed to maintaining impartiality in all management system certification activities. We recognize the critical importance of unbiased assessments and adhere to the principles outlined in ISO 17021:2015. Our policy ensures the identification, evaluation, and management of any conflicts of interest, preserving objectivity throughout our certification processes.

To support this, ANS has established robust systems to continually identify, analyze, evaluate, and document risks that could impact impartiality—whether internal or external. Any relationship that presents an unacceptable threat to impartiality is addressed by eliminating or minimizing the risk to acceptable levels, and thoroughly documenting any residual risk for review.

If a relationship or circumstance poses a threat beyond acceptable limits, ANS will not proceed with certification. This impartial approach ensures credibility, trust, and integrity in every certification decision we make.
